If you are doing a special order for a custom color or size, it will take around 1 to 2 months for us to fulfill your order since our factory needs to custom make your shoes.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded. In the case of an exchange, customers will be responsible for the shipping cost incurred from returning the item.

Return Policy
At Wushu Baobao we strive to provide the best customer service possible to all our clients. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.
Please contact us immediately if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Returns without previous communication with us will not be eligible for refunds. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 15 calendar days of receiving your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged or unaltered in any way. If the product is damaged in any way, or if the return is initiated after 15 calendar days upon receiving the product then you will not be eligible for a refund.
All sales are final for Pre-Order or Custom Order items and are non-refundable.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect and if your return is approved we will process your refund accordingly. Money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. Credit card payments may take up to 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
